There will be an organizational meeting for the Parents and Guardians Association on Friday, October 23th from 8:30 - 10:00. At this time we will talk about the goals and activites of the association and then decide on a structure that will best achieve the purpose of the organization. Any parent or guardian who wants to be involved in the leadership of the PGA is invited to attend.

Music and physical education program in the auditorium followed by the International Potluck Dinner in the cafeteria.  We are celebrating the holidays and the diversity of our community at our first ever International Potluck Dinner.  We hope that everyone will come and bring a dish.

Friday, February 12, is Favorite Color Day.  The friends do not have to wear their uniforms.  They should dress in their Favorite color from head to toe!

The next meeting of the Families and Teachers Association will be held on Friday morning, February 19 at 8:30a.m.  Please come and bring your energy and ideas.  We are working on plans for the remainder of the semester.

An important parent meeting will be held on two nights in February.  You can choose which night you want to attend.  The dates are February 24 and 25 from 6:00 – 7:30 each evening.  Some parents have volunteered to watch the children during the meeting.   We hope that others will volunteer also.  At the meeting we will talk about general parent concerns and then there will be a presentation on the Responsive Classroom model that we use here in school.

The next parent coffee will take place on Wednesday, March 3, at 8:00a.m.  Come to meet other parents and share some breakfast.  The agenda is open-ended; we will answer questions or discuss whatever parents have on their minds.

Monday, March 8 will be School Photo Day.  Students should wear a clean school uniform to school that day.
