We are quite proud of our staff - highly qualified, experienced classroom teachers, assistant teachers and specialists. Each Kindergarten and First Grade class has a teacher and a full time assistant teacher.  TECCS will add two new Kindergarten classes each year, and over the next several years, we shall be expanding our faculty and support team.  Our ethics-based, rigorous academic, success-oriented program depends on the highest quality individuals willing to learn as much as to teach, and if you find the prospect of joining our exceptional staff in the future an interesting one, we would like to know you better.

An application includes:

  1. A complete application form (please complete PDF and then print)
  2. Cover letter
  3. Resume
  4. Three letters of recommendation
  5. Answers to these questions:
    1. Describe other experiences relevant to teaching, i.e., strengths in extra-curricular student sports, clubs, organizations or community groups.
    2. Define your responsibilities as a teacher as they would relate to students, parents, and colleagues.
    3. What does differentiation mean to you?  How do you implement it in your classroom?  Give some examples.


At the second stage of the application process you will be asked to provide all university transcripts and teaching certificates.
